Dental Handpiece Series
Dental handpieces are not the communication tools we use daily, but rather a specialized oral medical device. They are used in treatment to
precisely cut, drill, and polish teeth. Internationally, it is known as Handpiece or Dental Handpiece , and belongs to the Class II medical device category.
Dental handpieces are mainly divided into two categories:
High-speed turbine dental handpiece （ High-speed air turbine handpiece ): These handpieces are known for their high-speed rotation capabilities.
Low-speed turbine dental handpiece: usually consists of 气动马达 （Dental air motor）、 直手机 （Straight handpiece）、 弯手机 （Geared angle handpiece）组成.
Interface and Illumination
Dental handpieces can be divided into 2-hole, 4-hole, and 6-hole types according to the number of holes at the interface location.
According to whether illumination is provided, they are divided into lighted and non-lighted types.
Features of High-Speed Handpieces
High-Speed Handpiece with Light : No external power supply needed, comes with LED bulbs, has a long lifespan, and is equipped with multi-point water and air spray functions.
High-Speed Handpiece without Light : Has a special hygienic head structure to prevent impurities and cross-infection.
Features of Low-Speed Handpieces
Low-Speed Handpiece with Light : Provides illumination for precise operation in the oral cavity.
Low-Speed Handpiece without Light : Simple design, easy to operate.
Bur Changing Method
Dental handpieces can be divided into push-button type and wrench type according to the bur changing method.
