Malfunction 2: The nozzle of the axis is blocked. Solution: Remove the end cap and take out the axis. After removing the spray head cleaning needle, insert the needle directly into the spray head. After each treatment, flush the handpiece for 30 seconds by stepping on the foot pedal. Remove the handpiece and bur, and wipe off surface contaminants. Place in a designated collection container. Maintenance: Dental handpieces should be lubricated and maintained after each cleaning and before sterilization. Use oil-based, not water-soluble, lubricating oil. Packaging: When using paper-plastic bags, ensure complete sealing with a sealing width ≥6mm, and the instrument should be ≥2.5cm from the bag seal. Disinfection and Sterilization: This should be done in a designated disinfection and sterilization room. For oral instruments, pressure steam sterilization is preferred, and disinfection and sterilization monitoring should be performed.
